30 SECONDS® Outdoor Cleaner products are brilliant all-around outdoor surface cleaners. Biodegradable and fast-acting, 30 SECONDS® Outdoor Cleaner removes algae, moss, mould and mildew and leaves surfaces looking new. It also contains an anti-corrosion element that helps prevent future damage from occurring.

Simply apply, let it sit on the surface for up to 10 minutes, then give the surface a good scrub and rinse clean.

BEFORE YOU START
- Read ALL safety and first aid instructions on container or download corresponding Data Sheet before use.
- DO NOT mix with other chemicals.
- Use in well ventilated areas. WARNING vapour maybe harmful.
- For best results choose an overcast day with minimal wind and avoid spraying in direct sunlight.
- Keep pets and children indoors.
- Rinse surrounding plants and grass areas with clean water before & after use.
- Avoid contact with clothing. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
- Contains Sodium Hypochlorite and may cause discolouration. Test in an inconspicuous area before use. If any discolouration is observed, discontinue use immediately.
- If using on fabric, test on a small area first.
- DO NOT allow spray or rinse to contact the foliage of wanted plants.
- Shake contents before using.
- DO NOT allow children or pets to enter treated areas until spray has fully dried.

METHOD
READY TO USE TRIGGER BOTTLE
- Brush off heavy build up.
- Spray onto surface when DRY (avoiding direct sunlight).
- Keep surface wet for at least 5-10 minutes.
- Heavy growth will require at least 10-15 minutes and possibly scrubbing.
- Re-application may be required for persistent growth.
- Rinse thoroughly with a hose nozzle once time has elapsed.
- Metal painted surfaces or natural fibres must be rinsed within 5 minutes.
HOSE END
- Shake contents well and connect your garden hose.
- Using the RINSE position on the nozzle, check tap pressure and adjust to MEDIUM-HIGH.
- Using the CLEAN position, spray the area to be cleaned. Keep the surface wet with the product for 10 minutes. Don’t allow the foam to dry.
- Scrub with a broom.
- Rinse off thoroughly in the RINSE position.
- Turn to OFF for storage. Re-application may be required for persistent growth.
CONCENTRATE
- Mix in a pump sprayer at a ratio of 1:1 (1 part product and 1 part water).
- Spray directly onto dry surfaces, saturating the area to be treated. Keep surface wet with the solution for at least 30 seconds, scrub and rinse off thoroughly.
- Heavy growth will require at least 10-15 minutes treatment.
- Re-application may be required for persistent heavy growth.
- Metal and painted surfaces or natural fibres must be rinsed within 5 minutes.
SURFACE NOTES
Black Mould: Keep surface wet for at least 15 minutes, then brush and rinse off.
Timber: Keep surface wet for 10 minutes, then brush with the grain.
Colour Bond Steel: Keep surface wet for a maximum of 3-5 minutes, brush then rinse well.

No. Please use 30 SECONDS® Spray & Walk Away to treat lichen. The active chemicals in Spray & Walk Away are designed to treat lichen.
Can I use 30 SECONDS® Outdoor Cleaner indoors?
Please use 30 SECONDS® Mould Off for indoor mould problems. 30 SECONDS® Outdoor Cleaner is for outdoor use only.
What is the dilution rate?
1:1 one litre of water to one litre of 30 SECONDS® Outdoor Cleaner.
Can I leave the product on the surface and not rinse off?
A time frame of 10 minutes contact time with the surface will allow for cleaning of tough build up like black mould. A minimum of 5 minutes for general build up is recommended.

Can I use 30 SECONDS® Outdoor Cleaner on coloured fabrics ie shade cloths?
One of the ingredients in 30 SECONDS® Outdoor Cleaner is sodium hypochlorite which will cause bleaching. We recommend you use 30 SECONDS® Spray & Walk Away if you have any concerns with colourfastness.
Is it safe to use 30 SECONDS® Outdoor Cleaner around pets?
We recommend you keep children and pets indoors during the application of this product. When you have rinsed off the surface and allowed it to dry, then it is safe to allow pets and children to come into contact with the treated areas.
Will 30 SECONDS® Outdoor Cleaner affect my plants and lawn?
All overspray must be rinsed off foliage and lawn. Whilst 30 SECONDS® contains biodegradable ingredients – some plants and lawn types may be sensitive. Take care to thoroughly rinse these areas.
Can I substitute 30 SECONDS® Outdoor Cleaner for pool chlorine?
No, 30 SECONDS® Outdoor Cleaner is a mould, mildew and algae cleaner and should be used for its designed purpose only.
