Spray & Walk Away, the easy cleaner
Unlike our Outdoor Cleaner, you don't scrub or rinse off Spray & Walk Away. Once applied, the product goes to work tackling lichen, moss, mould, mildew and algae over time. No scrubbing is required, but surfaces must be exposed to the elements to allow the rain to do the rinsing for you .Some growth may turn orange which is a sign of decay, be patient the weather will remove this naturally.

- Some lichen, moss, mould & algae may take up to 6-8 weeks to show any sign of decay.
- Heavily contaminated surfaces may take up to 6 months to come clean.
- Reapplication at a 1:4 dilution may be required for heavy growth.

BEFORE YOU START
- Read ALL safety and first aid instructions on container or download corresponding Data Sheet before use.
- DO NOT mix with other chemicals.
- For best results apply on an overcast day or in the morning or evening to avoid quick evaporation with minimal wind and no rain expectations for 12 hours.
- Avoid spraying in direct sunlight.
- DO NOT allow spray or rinse to come in contact with plants or animals.
- DO NOT apply under weather conditions, or from spraying equipment, that may cause spray drift onto nearby susceptible plants/crops, cropping lands or pastures.
- Shake contents before using.
- Always test in an inconspicuous area. If any changes occur, discontinue use immediately.
- DO NOT allow children or pets to enter treated areas until spray has fully dried.

METHOD
READY TO USE TRIGGER BOTTLE:
- For best results, apply 30 Seconds Spray & Walk Away to saturate the surface to be cleaned, especially porous surfaces.
- Leave product on the surface for as long as possible, simply let lichen, moss, mould and algae die and erode away with the weather.
- Reapplication may be necessary for heavy growth.
HOSE END:
- Shake contents well and connect your garden hose.
- Using the RINSE position on the nozzle, check tap pressure and adjust to MEDIUM-HIGH. Using the CLEAN position, spray onto a dry surface and saturate the area to be treated.
- DO NOT RINSE OFF or allow any run-off to come into contact with pools or ponds.
- Turn to OFF for storage. After application black mould may turn orange. This will wash away after a few rainfalls.
CONCENTRATE:
- DO NOT allow spray or rinse to come in contact with plants or animals.
- DO NOT apply under weather conditions, or from spraying equipment, that may cause spray drift onto nearby susceptible plants/crops, cropping lands or pastures.
- Rinse surrounding plants and grass areas with clean water before and after use to avoid damage to delicate plants.
- Mix in a pump sprayer following the dilution rate, and spray directly onto dry surfaces, saturating the area to be treated.
- DO NOT RINSE OFF. Let the weather do the rest.

What is the dilution rate?
For normal growth: Mix 1 litre of 30 SECONDS® Spray & Walk Away to 5 litres of water
For heavy growth: Mix 1 litre of 30 SECONDS® Spray & Walk Away to 4 litres of water
Will it treat lichen?
Yes. 30 SECONDS® Spray & Walk Away contains active ingredients for the treatment of lichen.
Can I use 30 SECONDS® Spray & Walk Away concentrate to refill the Spray & Walk Away Hose End bottle?
No you cannot use 30 SECONDS® Spray & Walk Away Concentrate in our 2L Hose End bottle, the formulations are very different. There is a specific refill available for the hose end product – just check in store.
What is the coverage for 30 SECONDS® Spray & Walk Away Hose End?
30 SECONDS® Spray & Walk Away Hose End will give you coverage of approximately 360m2, however this is dependent on the water pressure (you will need to adjust to medium to high pressure which can be done on the hose end unit in RINSE mode) and the application style of the person using the product. We recommend customers use this product sparingly due to its high concentration, a single swoop motion during application will suffice.

I have used 30 SECONDS® Spray & Walk Away on black mould and it has turned the concrete orange, has it stained the concrete?
The concrete has not been stained. This is a sign of the product effectively deactivating and treating the mould. This will wash off over time with rainfall.
Can I use 30 SECONDS® Spray & Walk Away on a plastic greenhouse?
Yes, however take care not to spray the product onto your plants in the greenhouse. This is a surface treatment product and is not designed for use on plants.
I have accidentally sprayed some of the product onto my lawns and plants, will it cause damage to my plants?
Rinse off any overspray immediately. 30 SECONDS® Spray & Walk Away is a surface treatment designed with fungicidal properties and may affect sensitive foliage. You must thoroughly rinse off any overspray immediately.
Is it safe to use 30 SECONDS® Spray & Walk Away around pets?
Keep pets indoors and away from the surface being treated during application of this product. Pets can be allowed back on to the treated surface only once it is completely dry. If your pets do come into contact with the wet surface, rinse their paws immediately.
